This story was published in 2008 within the iOne IT essays competition organized by the Kommersant Sekret firmy (literally Сompany secret) business journal. The topic was the corporate IT outsourcing pros and cons. You can read it in russian either at the journal page or here. I cannot see any point in translating it into English.
